Goods and Description

We reserve the right to amend, discontinue, or alter any of the products listed on our web site or in our catalogue, at any time and without notice.

The goods remain the property of North West Supplies Ltd until full payment has been received.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and Exclusive of Carriage. Prices may be amended at anytime. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our web site and in our catalogue are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Returns Policy

If you need to return any item please notify us within seven days of receipt of product and return to us within fourteen days. In the event of Shortage, Damages or Non-Delivery, please notify us within seven days.

It is advised that goods are returned by secure method i.e. signed receipt on delivery, the customer is responsible for the safe return of goods. We are unable to take responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please supply a brief explanation for returning goods to us. Goods must be returned intact, unused (with exception of Grade 1) and with original packaging and labels, in order that a refund or exchange maybe made. The customer will pay package and postage on exchanged goods, except in the case where incorrect or faulty goods were dispatched.

Warranty

Based on fair wear and tear, all products are covered by a six-month warranty. We must be notified in advance of any returns, and goods must reach us in a clean condition. A receipt for the goods or a document number must be enclosed.

All sales are final after fourteen days.

Goods returned after this period will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Any goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded or exchanged. We will return the goods to you at your own cost of package and postage or hold for your collection for a period of two weeks, at which time we will be free to dispose of the goods.

Back Orders

All goods not supplied with the initial order will be placed on Back Order and supplied when available, unless otherwise cancelled by the customer. You will not be charged extra package and postage.

Acceptance

Any order placed, confirms that the customer accepts the terms and conditions herein.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR INTERNET USE WITH CONSUMERS

We are committed to keeping your details private and only using information in accordance with our Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not release your details to third parties save as required by law. Our Security Policy details how certain information is only provided to a secure server for payment purposes. The information we collect are the details which you enter when placing an order. The other information that we have will be used by us in two ways:

  • For processing your order, contacting you (by e-mail or otherwise) in that connection; and
  • To provide you with other relevant information from time to time.
  • If any of your details change please update us.

If you do not mind receiving marketing and other information but change your mind later please e-mail us.

From time to time we may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This may be by using a "cookie" which would be stored in your browser. You can modify your browser to reject these or to inform you before this happens and give the opportunity to accept the cookie. Information collected through a cookie, will be held by us for monitoring and research purposes but it will not be able to identify you by name or address.
